In the early days of building my business, I was stuck in a cycle of self-doubt. No matter how much I achieved, I couldn’t shake the feeling that it wasn’t enough. I was juggling multiple jobs, showing up for my family, checking every box… but inside, I felt lost and disconnected. I was chasing something, yet it never felt like I actually arrived.
Then one day, after an exhausting stretch, I hit a wall. Sitting in my car, I asked myself: Is this it?
That moment changed everything. I realized that true success isn’t about doing more; it’s about becoming more—and aligning who you are on the inside with how you lead on the outside.
I learned that leadership starts with the inner game. Before we can influence others with clarity, confidence, and authority, we must first win the battles within ourselves. The doubts. The fear of not being enough. The constant pressure to prove.
When I chose to lean into faith, trust God’s timing, and stop hustling for approval, everything shifted. I built inner confidence, clarity, and a grounded identity that wasn’t swayed by outside opinions. And from that place of alignment, my leadership became more impactful—not just for my business, but for my family, my clients, and every room I stepped into.
The entrepreneurial and leadership journey hasn’t been easy. But through it all, I found strength in my faith, clarity in my vision, and peace in the process. I discovered that business growth is really a byproduct of personal growth—and that the leaders who create the most lasting impact are those who lead themselves well first.
