Align Academy Service Agreement

Welcome to Align Academy. By joining this membership community, you agree to the following terms and commitments. Please read carefully before completing your enrollment.

Membership Terms

Align Academy is a purpose-driven membership for women committed to building aligned, sustainable businesses rooted in faith, intention, and integrity.

Your membership grants you access to exclusive coaching, training, resources, and community spaces designed to support your growth. By enrolling, you understand that:

•  All payments are non-refundable, including monthly and annual memberships.
•  If you are on a monthly payment plan, you may cancel your membership at any time. Upon cancellation, your access to the Align Academy platform, content, and community will end immediately.
•  If you selected an annual membership, it is also non-refundable and access will continue through the end of the paid term, unless you are removed for violating our community standards (see below).
•  Missed payments or failed transactions may result in automatic removal from the program and community platforms.

Community Standards & Conduct

Align Academy is a values-based community, and all members are expected to uphold the integrity of the space. Hollie Jo reserves the right to remove any member, at her discretion, who violates the following standards—regardless of payment plan or membership status.

Grounds for removal include but are not limited to:

•  Bullying, harassment, or discrimination of any kind
•  Unsolicited self-promotion or spamming other members
•  Sharing confidential member information or private content
•  Releasing, distributing, or copying proprietary materials or intellectual property from the program

Violation of these terms will result in immediate removal from the Academy without refund.
