Hollie Jo is a seasoned leader with 15+ years of experience developing leaders spiritually, emotionally, and strategically. Before founding Align Academy, she spent over a decade in full-time ministry, leading women’s discipleship, spiritual formation, pastoral care, and team leadership within the local church.
Her ministry background deeply shapes her work — merging faith, identity, emotional health, and leadership psychology in a way that is practical, powerful, and deeply grounded.
